I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed School Social Worker with more than a decade of experience in the mental health field. I live in Indianapolis and offer telehealth services in Indiana, Florida, and Vermont. My experience includes private practice therapy, veteran services, community mental health, school social work and counseling, and homeless services.
I specialize in working with children, young adults, college students, and women living with OCD, anxiety, phobias body-focused repetitive behaviors (hair pulling and skin picking), trauma and PTSD, and postpartum mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I am an active member of the National Association of Social Workers, the International OCD Foundation, and Postpartum Support International.
As a lifelong learner, I regularly participate in professional development opportunities, stay up to date with the latest research in mental health, and engage in ongoing case consultations with field leaders. I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow as a therapist.
